3- Consultation and teamwork:

The process of consultation between the manager and the employees and the smooth handling and lack of rigidity in the opinion and hearing the point of view of others and hearing an opinion above his own, he must acknowledge this because it is one of the most important means of success of teamwork.

4- Attention to developing employee skills:

Because they are the foundation of the institution, they must be taken care of, and continuous training courses organized for them so that they can keep pace with technological development and progress in various fields.

5- Constant communication between employees:

As the process of communication between the manager and the employee has a very large positive role in building confidence and developing work.



6- Activities:

Life is not just for work, but you have to add some recreational activities to change the work atmosphere and renew the activity and enthusiasm among employees at work, such as making trips for employees and their families and holding parties for them.

7- motivation:

And one of the most important things that you must take into account when dealing with employees is to motivate them when doing a good job, which helps in their progress at work, as the employee's psychological state improves upon encouragement and motivation.

8- Be a good example for your employees:

In order to be able to deal with employees wisely and intelligently, and you have to set a good example for them, do not ask the employee not to delay while you are late for work, in addition to that, you must develop your job skills as a manager to do the same as you and do your work to the fullest so that they do like you to be perfect between them.


Therefore, trust and communication between the manager and the employee must be maintained in order to feel job security in the organization and continue to give positive, and the employee must feel that he is an effective individual in the organization and not just an employee.
